|This Jaguar E-Type came to us as a body shell in its original colour. The customer wanted a colour change but a colour from the year it was made. After many weeks of deliberation the customer chose Opal Pearlescent Golden Sand. The vehicle was stripped and some Fabrication carried out to the doors. After close inspection of the bonnet the decision was taken with the customer to source another and then it was just a case of carrying out some minor fabrication and adjustments. This Fabrication and Paint Refinish project was completed by us in 6 months.|
This VW Camper belongs to a local business owner. The brief was to ‘tidy’ the vehicle up so that they can use it in the summer for days out. The first thing we did was strip the vehicle down to bare metal. Once we had done this we discovered that the vehicle was badly corroded and needed new panels. We had a meeting with the client and it was decided that we would replace all the badly corroded panels with new and carry out a full restoration. Once the panels had been replaced which included a new front end and rear quarter panels, the vehicle was prepared and a polyester spray primer applied. The vehicle was then block sanded and prepared ready for the colour coats to be applied inside and out.
The owner of this Zephyr bought it to us for a re-spray. The vehicle had been stripped and the engine removed. The body shell required no panel work and was relatively straight forward. We removed the Front Wings and refinished the engine bay as part of the project.
This really is a fine example and has been very well received at Classic and Vintage Car Shows.
This Classic came to us in a reasonable condition and was well looked after by its previous owner. We stripped the vehicle down to bare metal and after some minor repairs it was ready for primer and its colour coat.
